Classic Blend
A smooth blend of Arabica beans from Papua New Guinea, India and Colombia. Full bodied, caramel flavours with a slight chocolate finish. The multiple coffees in this blend creates a complex flavour base. Allowing a great stand alone espresso with the acidity to penetrate milk.
Colombian
Lightly roasted it has it has a slight honeyish characteristic in both aroma and flavour. It has good acidity and good body. It becomes very mellow and rich in a darker roast.
Colombian Decaffinated Coffee
Soft & sweet with a deep aroma, medium body, medium acidity. Swiss water processed and 100% free of chemicals. 99.9% caffeine free – for those who love the taste of coffee without the caffeine.
East Timor - Maubisse
A refined balance of acidity and the formation of a rich body character starting to show through with a slight nutty character tucked away in the background.
Ethiopian - Sidamo
A fabulous fragrant and floral cup with unusual blueberry tones Sidamo has a pleasant tangy flavour with a deep, rich, earthy but syrupy body and finish.
Ethiopian - Yirgacheffe
Intensely aromatic yet finely balanced. The rich aroma is dominated by a pungent cedar sensation with backgrounded caramelly chocolate sweetness and a hint of flowers. The chocolaty fruit and night floral notes move lushly forward in the cup, persisting into the finish. Soft acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel.
Guatemalan
A sweet coffee with a thick buttery mouthfeel that has flavors of sweet grapes and apple, caramel, lemon and hazelnut! A bit of spice, a hint of fruit in the fragrance, sweet with moderate and balanced acidity.
Kenya
An excellent fruity acidity Premium coffee. A fine coffee for those who like the striking and the unusual. It can be used in a plunger and filter blend, light to medium roast or in a espresso machine.
Mexican
Hints of nut and chocolate. A mellow, delicately sweet coffee with good acidity and excellent aroma. The cup moves into a very sweet middle pallet with a very nice mouth filling sweet rich smooth silky finish and nutty aroma.
